Het coronavirus heeft inmiddels een grote invloed op ons dagelijks leven. Dus ook op onze winkels en op jouw boodschappen. Dat deze situatie vragen oplevert, is helemaal niet zo gek. Wij proberen je daarom zo goed mogelijk te helpen!

Bekijk hieronder de veelgestelde vragen of ga direct naar de meestgevraagde producten.

Controleer de bezorgdag/bezorgdatum goed op je orderbevestiging! Het is druk op Kruidvat.nl en daarom leveren wij jouw pakket mogelijk later dan je van ons gewend bent. Wij doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te bezorgen. Tijdens het bestelproces informeren we je over het eerstvolgende bezorgmoment. Op de dag dat je pakket bezorgd wordt, ontvang je een e-mail met een Track & Trace code.

Het is op dit moment niet mogelijk om je bestelling in één van onze winkels op te halen. Wel kun je je bestelling thuis laten bezorgen. Net zo makkelijk en veilig. Zorg goed voor jezelf en elkaar!

Een aantal Kruidvat filialen hebben aangepaste openingstijden of zijn helaas tijdelijk gesloten. Het kan zijn dat dit nog niet goed op onze website verwerkt is. De actuele openingstijden staan bij iedere winkel op de winkeldeur. Wij doen ons best om zoveel mogelijk Kruidvat filialen open te houden, zodat er altijd een Kruidvat filiaal bij jou in de buurt geopend is.

We zien dat er meer vraag is naar bepaalde producten waardoor kan het gebeuren dat we ‘nee’ moeten verkopen. Om de verkoop van sommige artikelen te reguleren, geldt op enkele artikelen een maximum aantal per klant. Dit om te voorkomen dat andere klanten met lege handen komen te staan. Voor overige artikelen doen we ook een dringend beroep op jou: koop de hoeveelheden die je normaal ook koopt. Wanneer een product is uitverkocht, raden wij aan één van onze andere winkels te bezoeken of op een later moment terug te komen. Wij werken er keihard aan om alle winkels op tijd te bevoorraden.

Op dit moment is er een grote vraag op Kruidvat.nl naar geneesmiddelen zoals paracetamol en neussprays. Maar ook naar zakdoeken, babyvoeding, luiers, zeep en handgels. Omdat deze producten nu extra belangrijk zijn, zetten onze collega's alles op alles om deze producten voor jou online beschikbaar te hebben en te houden.

Doordat we ons drogisterij assortiment voorrang geven, zijn sommige andere producten op dit moment niet beschikbaar op Kruidvat.nl. Zo kun je onder andere etenswaren, kleding en schoenen, zoals de Björn Borg en La Strada sneakers, tijdelijk niet bestellen. Uiteraard doen we ons best om ook deze producten snel weer beschikbaar te maken.

Wij vragen je bij de kassa af te rekenen met je pinpas of mobiele telefoon. Zo voorkom je direct handcontact. In uitzonderlijke gevallen kunnen we hiervan afwijken. Bekijk hier hoe je onze medewerkers in de winkel nog meer kan helpen.

We use face recognition technology already included in your phone (such as TrueDepth API) to create augmented reality effects within the App. We do not share information with third parties, do not store or process in any other way the data which we access and use via this technology.
